What is CLA-1000™?

CLA-1000™ is a unique, safe, natural and healthy omega 6 fatty acid oil known as conjugated linoleic acid and is extracted from plant oils. Unlike other the other omega 6 fatty acids, linoleic acid (LA) or gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), CLA has fat burning and energy providing effects and is a powerful antioxidant.

CLA-1000™ helps the body more easily burn fat during exercise and therefore is also useful for endurance athletes by supplying energy (from fat) for longer endurance performance before fatigue sets in.

Safety:

Unlike other fat-burners, CLA-1000™ will not raise blood pressure, cause electrolyte loss, mood swings or depression. Therefore CLA-1000™ is safe for overweight people to use in conjunction with exercise. CLA-1000™ is not a stimulant and thus can also safely be used in competitive sports.

Effective form:

There are two forms (isomers) of CLA, the trans isomer and the cis isomer. Only the trans isomer is effective for fat burning. CLA-1000™ contains the highest levels of trans-CLA.

Composition and Purity:

Each capsule of CLA-1000™ supplies 1000mg of an oil containing 80% CLA. Some other products supply only 500mg of an oil containing only 50% CLA.

How CLA-1000™ works:

Research shows that CLA works by two mechanisms:
Firstly, it inhibits the enzyme known as lipoprotein lipase, which stores fat in fat cells.
Secondly, it causes the death of fat cells (known as apoptosis) so that less fat is able to be stored in them.

Directions for use:

For fat loss and toning: 1 capsule twice daily (2000mg per day).
For energy, performance and as an antioxidant: 1 capsule daily (1000mg per day).

For fat loss CLA-1000™ should be combined with an exercise program to be optimally effective. If you are unfamiliar with exercise and are very overweight or suffer from high blood pressure, it is advisable to see you doctor before beginning an exercise program.
